We may use third-party technology providers to operate the service, as described in this Privacy Policy.
6. AI AND YOUR BUSINESS DATABASE
Protecting your business information is important to us.
Under our current AI configuration, OnokwaPOS does not provide information stored in your OnokwaPOS database to third-party AI providers for the purpose of generating AI responses.
This means that our AI-assisted features may provide general business guidance rather than answers based on the specific information stored in your OnokwaPOS database.
For example, a general AI question such as:
"How can I reduce unnecessary inventory costs?"
may receive a general business response.
However, an AI feature may not be able to answer a question such as:
"Which of my products had the lowest sales this month?"
if answering that question would require sending your database information to a third-party AI provider.
This approach is intended to provide an additional layer of separation between your business database and third-party AI providers.
Future AI Features
If OnokwaPOS introduces an AI feature that requires access to information stored in your account, we may update our privacy practices and provide appropriate information about how that feature processes data.
Where required, we will obtain appropriate consent before enabling such processing.
7. LOVABLE AND APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT DATA
OnokwaPOS is developed using technology provided by Lovable.
We have disabled the use of our Lovable account content for AI-model training through the available privacy controls.
Our OnokwaPOS users' application data is separate from the content we use to develop the application.
Lovable's current privacy documentation states that end-user data submitted to apps built by Lovable is not used to train Lovable's models. Lovable also provides Free and Pro users with an option to opt out of model training.
8. SUPABASE AND DATABASE SERVICES
OnokwaPOS uses Supabase and related infrastructure to support application functions such as database storage, authentication, and other technical services.
Supabase describes customer application data primarily as data processed on behalf of its customers and under their instructions.
Under our current Supabase AI configuration, we have selected the setting indicating that we do not consent to sharing database information with third-party AI providers.
Accordingly, OnokwaPOS does not intentionally enable the sharing of its database information with third-party AI providers through that Supabase AI functionality.
Supabase and other infrastructure providers may nevertheless process information where necessary to provide services such as hosting, storage, authentication, security, maintenance, and technical support.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We may use trusted third-party service providers to help operate OnokwaPOS.
These providers may support:
Cloud hosting
Database services

If voice processing involves a third-party provider, the applicable processing will be subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy protections.
11. INFORMATION ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS
If you enter information about another person into OnokwaPOS, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect and use that information for your business purposes.

You may unsubscribe from promotional communications where an unsubscribe mechanism is provided.
18. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
OnokwaPOS is designed for businesses and is not intended for children.
We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal information from children for independent use of the platform.
If you believe that a child has improperly provided personal information to us, please contact us.
19. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING
Some third-party infrastructure or service providers may process or store information outside Ghana.
Where this occurs, we will seek to use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data-protection requirements.
20. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
OnokwaPOS may contain links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party services that we do not control.
You should review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing personal information to it.

You should independently verify important information before relying on it for:
Financial decisions;
