Why we built it

Most business software assumes a shop with a computer, a steady internet line and someone to keep the books. Small shops across Ghana and the rest of Africa work differently: one phone, busy customers, network that comes and goes, and money that moves in cash, mobile money and credit all in the same hour. OnokwaPOS was designed around that reality instead of trying to change it.
