Yes. You can view your stock and record sales while offline. Everything syncs automatically when your connection returns, and a sale is never recorded twice.

Do I need a computer?
No. OnokwaPOS is built for phones first. Install it on your phone like an app and run your whole shop from it.
Can my cashiers use it too?
Yes. Each cashier gets their own login with limited permissions — they can sell but cannot see your reports or change prices.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Selling, stock tracking and offline use are free forever with no card needed. Reports and extra features unlock when you subscribe — Starter, Pro or Plus.
Can I install OnokwaPOS on my phone?
Yes. Open the app in Chrome on Android and tap Install OnokwaPOS. On iPhone, open it in Safari and choose Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Is my shop data private?
Yes. Every business only ever sees its own records. Your sales, stock and customer information are never shown to another business or on the public website.
Which currencies does it support?
You pick your currency when you set up your business — cedi, naira, shilling, rand, dollar, euro or pound. Every figure in the app then uses it.
How do I get my money records out?
Sales, stock, expenses and supplier reports can all be exported as PDF with your shop name on them.
